Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all events, conferences, and services organized by PNL Conferences.

PNL Conferences organizes industry-focused conferences in banking, technology, fintech, risk management, real estate, and related fields, as well as assisting companies with event organization.

Registrations and Payments

• All registrations are binding upon submission.

• Payment must be received in full prior to the event to secure your place.

• We accept payments via credit card or wire transfer through secure third-party processors. We do not store full payment card details.

• Prices are as advertised and may include early bird discounts (valid only if payment is received within the specified period).

• Only one discount per registration.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing to info@pnlconferences.com.

• Cancellations received more than 30 days before the event: Full refund minus a 15% administration fee.

• Cancellations within 30 days of the event: No refund.

• You may transfer your registration to a colleague at no extra cost (notify us in advance).

• Non-refundable items include any packages with accommodation or special add-ons.

• In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, terrorism), we may reschedule, alter the event, or cancel without full refund obligation, but will aim to provide alternatives or partial refunds where possible.

Event Changes

We reserve the right to modify the agenda, speakers, venue, format, or dates at our discretion. Opinions expressed by speakers are their own and not necessarily those of PNL Conferences.

Attendance and Conduct

• Registrations are for individual use; sharing access (e.g., for virtual events) is prohibited.

• We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or any personal expenses.

• Attendees agree to professional conduct; we reserve the right to refuse entry or remove participants.

Photography, Video, and Social Media

By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional use, including on our website and social media. Contact us to opt out.

Liability

PNL Conferences is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from event attendance or changes.
